Follow a calming Pilates routine that focuses on stretching, breathing, and gentle movements. Incorporate exercises that help you release stress and improve flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Screen Dimming<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>About an hour before bed, start dimming the lights and reducing screen time.
